One thng that I will never understand in #bpd is the horror and cruelty of the fact that most of the tone we wanna stop when we are in our rage or spirals but just simply cant cause the snowball is hurdling down that BPD snow covered mountain. ❄️

Anger is healthy if you use it to fuel change. However change, can not be demanded, or forced because that is not change that is abuse.
