One of the best things about a new football season is a huge increase in the volume of unsolicited texts from my oldest son. Gets even better when the NHL season starts.

Dumb question. Trump levied tariffs in his first term. Biden left some in place. Are these new tariffs in addition to tariffs already in place from Trump's first term? Are these new tariffs doubling down on the ones that remain?
