"They found the coats on Thursday morning.

Fifteen winter coats. Good ones, not garbage. Hanging on the chain-link fence outside Lincoln Elementary. No note. No explanation. Just coats zipped up like ghosts waiting for bodies.

Principal Morris freaked out. Called the police. "Could be stolen"

One of my secret thrills is seeing game developers create gameplay levels in arcades because you know it's the most important level to them, it's like someone saying "show me where you grew up" and they want to do it justice with high accuracy

I have a lot of lightsabers but Master Orgus Din’s from SWTOR is probably the most rare. From the collection of the late and dearly missed Rob Smith.

Today's project: Kindles use "e-ink" technology; these wireless digital photo frames use the same tech but in color. Swanky! We made the investment because we wanted a cool way to show Kat's most recent works ASAP.

Just here to say, hey, sometimes Kickstarter projects deliver! bloomin8.com

“Clinton is in the Epstein files!”

Great. Next time I come across a Clinton rally, someone wearing a Clinton hat, or flying a Clinton flag on their truck, I’ll be sure to let them know.

The rest of us want them ALL held accountable because we aren’t in a cult. Hope that helps.

Achieved major "a ha!" milestones in Blue Prince over the last 3 sessions. Opened new areas, determined metapuzzle solutions (but have not created the opportunity to solve yet). I have taken 250+ screenshots for reference and I am keeping a ridiculous spreadsheet.

What a wild game.

In case you’re wondering why there’s a fresh exodus from the ex-bird site, it’s the new AI edit image function that is now baked in to every image you’ve ever posted.
Here's a relatively harmless example with one of my own posts/images. Click "Edit image" in the lower right and enter a prompt. It takes seconds.

Now imagine pix of ex-girlfriends or the child of your "enemy.". Any chud with a grudge and a bad idea is now empowered to bully in horrifying detail.

Flaming chain swords has been on my Christmas gift list for literally years. I have it on multiple gift lists. I bring it up every year and I really, really hope.

Alas, 2025 remains flamingchainswordless.

Santa, how much gooder do I have to be?

Kat and I look forward to the holiday break because we celebrate Critmas -- we usually do a bunch of co-op gaming. This year it's Borderlands 4.

Merry Critmas.

Guitar wiring is a constant bafflement. I hope I’ve done this concentric volume/tone pot correctly.

I really do suck at this part.

I was looking forward to a new Layton. Past tense.
Level-5's CEO claims that 80-90% of game coding is written by AI now.

The studio has disclosed that they extensively use AI, from everything from game code, assets, and character idea, dialogue, and narrative, which is then refined by humans.

I doubt many of my followers are big Chris Rea heads, but these words appeared on my timeline and I found them rather touching
Not all artists are geniuses or world-changers. Some just lighten up the load of living for others. Chris Rea did this for millions of people without ever cheating, with absolute honesty. This is a rare kind of dignity. RIP.

What is Boxes: Lost Fragments? Some kind of object-based puzzle game I think. I found it in my Epic Games library so I'm going to try it out for the first time. Join me for a late-nite stream.
