In the case that 1 of my 17 followers has been following my posts about Waldport, Oregon's mayor, Heide Lambert, and have been waaaaaaaaiiiiiiiting for me to update...Mayor Lambert was permanently reinstated to her seat at the dais!
IMHO, they are still unwelcoming of the mayor (to say the least).

In the case that 1 of my 17 followers has been following my posts about Waldport, Oregon's mayor, Heide Lambert, and have been waaaaaaaaiiiiiiiting for me to update...Mayor Lambert was permanently reinstated to her seat at the dais!

Earnest post, but: a thing I like here is it’s okay to have moments of happiness in public without being broadly scolded, and I believe that sustaining this kind of humanity will be very important as we resist fascism.

I realize those we elect to serve the public are only human, and not immune to family dysfunction, physical illness, and/or psychological vulnerabilities. Yet, now is the time for strength among those who are in powerful, leadership positions—especially those we’ve elected to Congress.

My heart is willing to take a risk at loving a pup again. 20 days ago Benny kind of fell into our care. He is said to be a Yorkipoo. Nearly 5 months old. Clean bill of health with some weird deviations (just like the rest of us). We are back to being a 3-dog family.
