At the risk of talking of nothing but the NIH and the training grant, every person on the grant has to be a U.S. citizen, non-citizen national, or permanent resident of the U.S. One of the things all the fellows need to do right when they start is send in a payback agreement. Standard. No big deal.

I do many things at work, but the longest standing thing I've done is that I serve as the administrative face of an NIH T32. This T32 functions to offer MD/PhD or some combo of both fellowships in what amounts to bench to bedside research in an untold number of labs around the school of medicine

I don't love working out, but I do cause I'm old and fat. Can;t do anything about being 53, but I CAN be less fat,which is a work in progress.I realized that since the election the hour however many times I week I spend at the gym is an hour I'm just not thinking about T*rump and his fuckery. I've worked with cardiologists for almost 30 years. Clinicians, physician scientists, research - and it will come as no surprise that even before the current situation, more than one have said how utterly terrible Oz is. One went to so far as to call him "the stupidest practicing MD I've ever met"
