I’ve always wanted to watch Night of the Living Dead, Dawn of the Dead and Day of the Dead… during the actual night, dawn and day bridging Halloween and Día de los Muertos. This year, I finally did it! Super fun viewing experience 💚

Scream Factory gets a lot of shit nowadays, but damn their 4K transfers and HDR color grading are so fucking good. Some of the best in the game.

I LOVE The Guest fan-theory that it takes place in the Halloween universe and Michael Myers was just a rogue super soldier! 🎃

Peep the Season of the Witch masks which also loop into the “Michael Myers’ mask is mind-controlling him” theory 👀

Arrow’s 4K of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003) is STUNNING! Night and day compared to the old WB blu-ray transfer. Crazy how these 2000s Platinum Dunes remakes are getting new restorations and looking like they were filmed yesterday 🧡

The most under-appreciated slasher of the 2000s! Amber Heard is so damn good working with a script that subverts the stereotypical “final girl” trope in such clever, ballsy way. I wish it got talked about more often (for so many reasons that would ruin the twist, so I’ll shut up)

When Elijah Wood recreated the Maniac (1980) poster on the reflection of a car door in the 2012 remake. Perfect shot.
