Today I did my first ever start-to-finish scope and it was with a patient who, after being all but NBM for the best part of three months, is now (safely) chowing down on fish and chips! I don't think I'll ever do a better FEES in my career 😌 #mySLTday

I can't recommend this doc about a young man with Duchenne muscular dystrophy and his vast online life enough.

It also emphasises how important the amazing work of charities like @specialeffect.bsky.social can be in augmenting people's social lives — it's not "just" playing video games!
