I’m honestly so proud of myself today. I have endo pain, I worked out, I practiced chinese, I focused on my wellbeing and I tried to shut down the anxious thoughts.

Thank you to all who messaged, surgery went well I believe. They took biopsies too so I'm in an outrageous amount of pain, and struggling to breathe, but I'm sure that'll pass.

Thank you to all who messaged, surgery went well I believe. They took biopsies too so I'm in an outrageous amount of pain, and struggling to breathe, but I'm sure that'll pass.
