Hot take: the DC Gunnverse should hold off on Batman for a bit. Let Battinson do his thing for a while and focus on other characters. It’ll be fun seeing them build up other characters. Or if you have to include Batman, make him Terry McGinnis.

#ApocalypseHotel is a fascinating mix of existential sci-fi and goofy fantasy about finding new roads to travel once you’ve reached the end of your current one. It’ll never be the most popular anime in the world, but it’s one that shows how versatile and heartwarming the medium can be.

I beat #clairobscurexpedition33 over the weekend. It's a true work of interactive game art that symbolizes everything great about the medium. The story is exciting, poignant, and thought provoking simultaneously and the gameplay is just as well refined and original. Congrats Sandfall Interactive.

I really wish I liked the Evangelion manga as much as the original and Rebuild series. It's interesting to see the sereis from a new artistic perspective but it fumbles too many aspects to really get on board with. I admire the attempt more than the actual results. Still the best anime ever made.
