As the father of a trans man who I love having transphobia be the official policy of the government reminds me authority is fickle and will throw the few into the fire to warm the majority. It's up to us to stop those we love from being burned metaphorically and literally.

I had a friend thank me today for encouraging them to see a therapist. I think everyone could use one but some of us are more high risk than others. The world is always going to be uncontrollable but you can find a way to settle yourself especially with the help of a professional.

I spent Thanksgiving with two Trans people and we talked about nerd books, video games, and the Macy's day parade. There was no mention of destroying humanity. Maybe next year.
