Assuming good faith by fascists is how we got here.
My key point here is not substantive. I find Trump's order cruel & terrible, but whether it is constitutional is a separate, crucial question. Left-leaning people like me should assume good faith by those suggesting the order is constitutional & engage with their arguments.

Like I really am in favor of a diversity of tactics and I think that those tactics need to be coordinated. What I am against is anything resembling tactical retreat. We need to make them fight for every inch.
