The Visible band is so incredibly helpful in monitoring & w/ pacing - I just wish it were covered by insurance. 😭
OR at the very least you buy the device & not need a subscription. Even if the device cost more up front.

I went through sleep depravation & extreme control. My clothes were thrown out & my closet slowly replaced w/ things he wanted me to wear.
