Set up for my 1st go of 'The Plum Island Horror' by @gmtgames.bsky.social . It's a bit complicated and rules-heavy for me, so I'm going to watch a few playthrough videos first, as there are many steps to each turn. I have also backed the expansion on their P500 system.

Tried out the solo automa (Killbot 3000) for Spooktacular by @level99games.com tonight, and loved it! It's a fairly light game, but a lot of fun. My only issue is that the meeples which you "Devour" are not very coloblind-friendly. But I get by.

I've set a personal time cap at 2-2.5 hours per session for max enjoyment. I love the fact that it doesn't matter, at least to me, whether I accomplish my missions or goals or destinies, etc. I just like the book I am writing as I play. It's a keeper for me, like a comfy, good book on a rainy day.

On my wishlist for a while, I picked up 'Vale of Eternity' and the 'Artifacts' expansion by @mandoogames-en.bsky.social, locally. I had already printed out a superb organizer for the game. It was on my wishlist for WAY too long, and I've heard it's great!

I have to agree with @itomarhernandez.bsky.social here. 'Star Trek: Captain's Chair's May just be the best Star Trek board game ever made. Almost all reviews agree, which is rare enough.

Set up for my 1st true-solo (combined deck/class) climb in 'Leviathan Wilds' by @mooncrabgames.bsky.social . I have been looking forward to tabling this multiplayer, but life is busy and coordinating game nights has been difficult lately. Should be a blast though!

Too tired to learn the game tonight, but unboxed 'Moon Bunny' by @hotbananagame.bsky.social and it just looks so great (and super-cute!). The Collectors version has some acrylic standees, as well as acrylic board tiles - awesome! Very nice. Going to try it out tomorrow.

Played the @getdized.bsky.social tuitorial for 'Wroth' by @chiptheorygames.bsky.social tonight, after 3D printing an amazing organizer, including separate faction boxes, dice boxes, etc. What a colorful game, and the tutorial went well. Can't wait to try it at 2p+ soon!

1st play of 'Spooktacular' (2p) on the books! On the lighter side (we chose suggested Easy monsters to play), quick, and the assymetrical boards are really cool! It was 'Doombox' vs 'Chortlin' Charlie'. Charlie cleaned up. So good! I am raring for more!
