Wheel of Time, baseball, physics, Oxford commas, and other nerdy things keep me sane. Not that sane. Very fond of cats. Nuclear energy "professional".
I want to love long enough to vote for someone who is not a coward, fights with determined resolve for what is right, is principled, and wins. Just once...

Men only want one thing and it's fucking disgusting.... A tail gunner.

I'm not particularly thrilled with the "everyone is a fucking coward" century we are building here.

Day after day, one coward after another kissing the boots of the worst people on the planet.

I'm a Canadian who dislikes the Yankees, but I'm absolutely here for uplifting news about New York's mayor and all the schadenfreude I can get from Cuomo's humiliation.

Ok, I'm ready to sort of peak at the NHL season maybe.

One thing is for sure, Montreal is going to win a cup before Toronto and good lord do they seem fun.

Not today Satan. You can't get me to watch or read an article about how IKF scores 99/100 times on that ground out. That shit doesn't exist.

Looking forward to a week of the kid and cats waking me up at 5am. Pumped, excited, awesome 👍😎

I'm gonna miss baseball for the distraction it gave me from the constant fresh horrors.

I'll be grateful for the season tomorrow. Tonight it's bed time and sadness

I think I've died, or at least transcended this mortal plane

Game 7 starting at 8pm on the god damn night daylight savings time ends is a crime against humanity.

Blah blah blah, I'm happy to get here and didn't ever expect it... But good lord did I also not expect to be teased with it so hard 😅😅😅.

I'm just not built for anything but getting rolled or doing the rolling.

The funniest thing is that I'd feel better if they just went Yoshi to Sasaki dominance, but instead we were sooooooo close...

Jays in 7.

It's really upsetting that there is a slightly brighter universe out there where gaussman only gives up 2 runs in that inning and Giménez wins the game on a bloop single...

Perhaps I shouldn't let something as uncaring and random as playoff baseball dictate my mood.

One game to rule them all, one game to bind them, one game to bring them all, and in the darkness bind them.

Jays in 7
November 1, 2025 at 2:06 PM
Remember everyone, the Jays almost won the game they had less of a chance in.

Get'er done in 7 lads!

Obviously anything could have happened regardless of the tootblan but that hurt and I don't understand why you don't bat someone else there....
November 1, 2025 at 3:26 AM
I am sooooooo jealous of the neutral fans. What an absolutely insane world series this is......
November 1, 2025 at 3:16 AM
It's mortified that Gimenez hit but a tootblan with the top of the order coming up and tying runs in scoring position is sooooo baaaaddd
November 1, 2025 at 3:16 AM
Ok lads, let's knock him out this inning and get'er done.
November 1, 2025 at 1:49 AM
Lukes just missed it eh... Sigh. Still, somewhat promising if gauss can hold it.
November 1, 2025 at 1:09 AM
Good gawd Gauss

I gotta say, as a physics grad, this is the funniest thing I've ever seen.

Not only because the work has nothing specifically to do with quantum computing, but because it was conducted 40 years ago and before I was even born!!!
The President of the United States is so upset about his failed campaign for a Nobel Prize that he's now trying to claim someone else's prize as his own.

Pathetic.
