a post going around about stress and discomfort tolerance that is good and mostly correct but i also want to comment that white knuckling thru exposure to triggering content can make u worse in the long run. therapy is ur best tool for building stress tolerance, not sheer will alone

Another medical procedure Get, now I just need to wait for biopsies to find out why my stomach is constantly fucking w me. hopefully its nothing. crazy. But some more peace of mind that I am not in immediate danger, just.. more chronic issues to deal with lol
