I think that aside from David Brent from the Office, Trump is the most pathetic, cringeworthy and stupid man I’ve even seen…and David Brent is a fictional character.

It’s so strange how people you know feel attacked by a meme, a gif, a reel, a word you posted without checking what you meant when you shared it. I guess triggers are everywhere and online communication has a lot further to go.

While my kid and his dad treated me well for #mothersdayAU I’m reminded how ignorant I am about parenting. I still have no idea what a good mum should be like. Days like today bring home my painful childhood. While therapy helped me heal I still lack tools and the fibre of motherhood.

Labor candidate Ali France has won the seat of Dickson from Peter Dutton.

Nationally, the Liberal primary vote looks to be very low – possibly the lowest since WWII, if not before.

Autocratic governments use these tactics part 5

False Consensus: Phrases like "everyone knows" or "many people are saying" create the impression that a claim is widely accepted, making you more likely to accept it too.

Trump actually use these lines “everybody knows" and "nobody ever knew"

Autocratic governments use these tactics part 4

Simplicity Bias: The easier information is to process, the more believable it seems. Complex truths often lose to simple falsehoods in the battle for your memory.

Make America great again in details - what would that look like??

Autocratic governments use these tactics part 3

Familiarity Trick: Something that "sounds right" or feels familiar is more likely to be believed, especially when it connects to what you already know or think.

Biden’s “bad economy” while it was a healthy economy it wasn’t great for many people .
