Jagex acknowledged and proposed fixes for the sailing backlash in 24 hours because the players cried and rioted.
Jagex did not acknowledge the backlash after removing the Pride event. Even after over a month of rioting and demanding that it be re-added.

probably the most interesting thing to come out of valve's announcement yesterday isn't even the hardware, it is the use of fex emulation on the steam frame which hopefully means wider adoption of arm in gaming going forward
