My oldest daughter won her first soccer club championship. She is 8 and playing above her age group. So proud of her goals and determination. Just had to share 😁

Why is Homeland Security trying to get into LAUSD? Glad that the superintendent is standing up for children. Just unbelievable that now children are being targeted.

Putting kids to bed at a young age is somehow a designated test of parenthood. Our 5 year old asked why we needed to be quiet at night time. I said because people need to rest and recharge for tomorrow. Her response: "I am a mammal, a nocturnal mammal. Yeah, that's me. I'll try my best, maybe mommy"

My dad was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Feeling the whole spectrum of emotions is exhausting and scary. Being numb and lost seems to be part of the journey.

Fur baby is quite capable of understanding how those eyes melt my heart. My actual children have developed sharper skills like sarcasm and storytelling to incentivize me to give them snacks.
