We can’t continue to fall into the trap of expecting half the country will see the insanity and change their minds, not when they are spoon fed an alternate reality 24/7.

Return to office policies do not mean that remote employees will “finally get back to work.” We need to get out of the mindset that productivity can only occur in an office. The data show otherwise.

You can still be an engaged citizen and not hate watch the inauguration today. Stay informed but do things that give you some peace today and don’t boost TV ratings.
