He’s wearing an ankle monitor for an aggravated battery case in which a judge REFUSED to keep him in jail.

He has a history of arson.

18 people were shot, 4 fatally in Chicago this weekend.

That’s an increase over last year, but still one of the better recent performances for the same weekend.

The victims ranged in age from 15 to 55.
