To many people even if unknowingly believe rules, laws and in this case guidelines are like genie wishes, in that all you have to do is word them the right way and you get the desired effect, when in reality they are sledge hammers meant to build a uncaring status quo and can be used against you.
Annoyed that the "Wow how did Rance make it on steam but Horses got banned?" discussion point quickly pivoted to "We need to ban Rance" instead of "Valves internal guidelines for what is or isn't allowed is nonsensical"

In this climate we have been shown again and again the moving of goal posts by censors on all levels.
There is no stopping at the "good" kink they will keep going until it is all.

there is no "good" kind of freak when it comes to censorship, there's never gonna be any policy you can count on to only preserve your idea of "the good kind of kink" while exiling the rest. Either we all survive or none of us will, that's the truth of it that we've seen particularly this last year.
