Yeah I can't see how Pierre stays leader of the party. 5 different leaders since Harper. They might need to ask bigger questions on who replaces Pierre.

Given the ruling by the Supreme Court yesterday the lower courts don't matter, this will go all the way to the supreme Court and they'll agree with Trump.
