Day 6 -10 Day trip to London and Edinburgh Travel date - April 21, 2024 Click Here for the locations The Story Day 6 - It was a relaxing day. Rick and I attended the sung Eucharist at St Paul's Cathedral. Considering both of us sing in choirs, It was amazing to experience the choir and pipe organ. We were blown away by the acoustics and the beautiful harmonies of the choir.

Day out on the Rideau Canal - Winter 2025 Travel date - February 09, 2025 Click Here for the locations The Story It was too beautiful of a day to stay indoors. We went to walk on the ice on the historical Rideau Canal which stretched 7.8Kms. Since I moved to Ottawa in 2021, it hasn't had the best of luck to open its operations fully as it used to do in it's glory days.

Day 5 -10 Day trip to London and Edinburgh Travel date - April 21, 2024 Click Here for the locations The Story Day 5 - We started the day off at Kensington Palace. It was a very majestic palace. We learnt about absurd Victorian royal traditions at the palace. We dropped by at the Harrods to have a look around. Next, we visited the London Transport Museum to see the fascinating evolution of transport in London.

Day 4 -10 Day trip to London and Edinburgh Travel date - April 19, 2024 Click Here for the locations The Story Day 4 - We made changes to our plan and decided to check the Victoria and Albert Museum (V&A) and to visit the Tower of London. We didn't have much time, so we only covered a small portion of the V&A.

Day 3 -10 Day trip to London and Edinburgh Travel date - April 18, 2024 Click Here for the locations The Story Day 3 - We started the day off with the Hop-on Hop-off bus. Did an interesting walking tour that lasted three hours or so about the palaces and the Parliament in London. Looked over at London from the top of the Shard and then ended the night with a night bus tour to see the beauty of London at night.

Day 2 -10 Day trip to London and Edinburgh Travel date - April 17, 2024 Click Here for the locations The Story Day 2 - It was the first of our day-trips out of London. The original trip had to be amended but it ended up being a great trip. We visited multiple villages in the Cotswolds district including Ashton, Brampton, Burton-on-the-Water and Woodstock.

We made our way to the hotel through the Elizabeth Line. We grabbed ourselves a nice little breakfast at a "hole in the wall" place. It was quite delicious.
