The original post can no longer be replied to, but commenting here. OH you mean RURAL rural, I meant urban settings mainly, but in the US rural areas also lack the infrastructure and money and permits due to corrupt city officials. It costs easily 15k/month to get into a regional data center.
The second biggest isp in Spain (Guifi) is a rural community network. That was our inspiration. It's easier to do fiber networks in rural areas.

yo @support.blizzard.com did you know the Pandaren character select screen has a slight angular cut on the left side when viewed in UltraWide mode? (32:9 is my aspect ratio) It's not a square/rectangle like the rest. For comparison, Nelf and Dranei and Nightfallen etc.. do not have this same cut

One of my favorite things on tinder is when someone matches with me, sends a message, I get a notification and check it when I wake up in the morning and there's no message and they don't appear in my matches. Like fam. You realize I can't see whatever hateful thing you said if you unmatch that fast
