I’m thinking this isn’t a coincidence: I was listening to #sistersinlaw in the car today. I turned the motor off briefly. When I turned the car back on, I was suddenly hearing the Joe Rogan Experience. WTF—they’ve come for our podcasts?

President Biden should order the National Archivist to publish and certify the Equal Rights Amendment. I doubt it'll hold up in the courts, and I don't care. Make it a problem for the GOP. Force them to explain why women aren't equal in our Constitution. What is there to lose?

A related issue on affordability is zoning laws written to keep people out, not let them in. I sit on my local zoning board and rail about it. We could make it all so much easier—if only we wanted to.
I think this is a key point. It shouldn’t take forever to get construction permits and approvals. Like Kamala Harris said in a speech, it only took one year to build the Empire State Building. It can take longer in dallas doe the most basic building or home
