So while I dont necessarily agree overall as I think even if you insist on using the player splats as the villains those books give you plenty of reasons to hate vampires/werewolves/etc as a normal human. Vigil isnt exactly saying hunters are unalloyed good either

One thing I really like about Vigil is that while low level hunters are just normal people, the more organised and larger a Hunter group gets, the more morally compromised they become. One conspiracy is basically the MIB, another is the literal catholic Inquisition
