So this guy was "accidentally" sent to a prison for the very gangs his family fled from. Is it just me or is the Trump administration fighting so hard to not bring him home because he is definitely dead and they don't want to admit it?

I don't see a single competent white man in this new government. I've seen a hell of a lot of incredibly competent women and minorities overlooked for those positions.
