To put a LONG story short, last year my car got flooded and I'm still dealing with the aftermath. It runs fine enough to get me to work and back but I have to pay the ad valorem taxes on it by NOVEMBER. My full-time job is not enough, so I must open emergency commissions. (more in comments)
