depending on the type of app you have, you could offer:
- game? give them some currency
- commerce app? offer a voucher
- free app with paid features? give them a free trial
be creative and reward them for answering your questions - they’re already using your app!

my ux (apparently unpopular) opinion: stop asking the people who use your product to give you feedback without offering something in return (let’s be honest, it usually helps you more than it helps them)
