i feel like i'm losing my mind but i SWEAR like 50% of the popular art pieces i've been seeing on my timeline the past couple months is legitimately AI/traced over AI. like from big artists. i feel crazy. but so much of what i'm seeing has That Look™ to it but none of the profiles mention using it

only vaguely related but i've actually benched OC's BECAUSE of people liking them too much idk my brain gets possessive and doesn't want others to see my precious blorbos if they enjoy them too much it's like it flips a switch and i no longer want them perceived
"How to make ACTUAL interesting OCs" "How to make OCs people will care about!" dog if you can't love your own creations that's where you need to start, don't make brand new beings for other's approval. You'll never truly love them if they're tied to a stranger's perception.
