I JUST completed Reiki 1 less than a month ago and my mother wants me to do reiki on her when I'm home for Christmas... I know she needs it badly but I'm a beginner and feel so overwhelmed. Plus Fibro/CFS and general chaotic Christmas time stuff...

I really love to learn how different people's systems work! I remember there used to be a daily journal prompt thing for systems/fictionkin/other alterhuman identities on LJ, and I loved that.

I'm going to be honest and say I am NOT formally diagnosed with DID.
We do meet all the criteria and have been aware of being plural for 30 years. We didn't start naming alters until our late teens, where we had a lot more problems with missing time and such. We started keeping journals to track

I'm really interested in the connection between BPD and plurality. I know that BPD isn't considered a disorder that causes/presents with plurality, but today, I found out about "self-states" and I'm really curious to know how many people with BPD do identify as plural.
