Seeing as I now have a bit more free time, I'll be trying to work on two pieces at once. Not sure if I've got the steam for it, but there's only one way to find out!
Means I'll need twice the ideas, I guess. I'll eventually swap those one out for studies, but I need to get used to it first.

In honor of the new year, I'm starting mine off with a gigantic mug of tea, cake and not getting out of bed the whole day (home is clean, I have proper food).
I'll finish at least one of the sketches tomorrow, start working on a new piece, and then try to catch up on the stuff I never finished.

The sketches are taking a touch longer than expected, mainly because I actually ended up being busy, but also I want to go back to doing actual anatomy and facial construction, instead of bullshitting 90% of it, so it's taking unbearably long to do anything now.
Time to go take a nap, and then I'll do some more grayscale portraits. If anyone drop a ref image and a general idea of what you want. I'll do one or two. (I've kind of got nothing to do today and I'll have eight hours to kill tomorrow).

I'll probably do a few more of these over the next few days. I kind of want to try and nail down a process that's not too much of a pain, and try to use gradient maps to color it.
