I'm feeling a bit meh today, so I figured I'll save some brain cells on the outfit, keep rough, keep it basic, and start plotting a pinup piece where I can clean things up.
The little blue bits would be skulls that are bit into the sleeves and "skirt", so they can let go for a more leotard look.

Apparently, if it's cold enough for metal to develop a layer of frost, and you touch it, your hand is warm enough for the frost to melt, but the metal is cold enough for it to start freezing again, so your bare hand kind of sticks to the metal like you licked a metal pole
