Sawyer had to learn modern writing from F'erru because she only knew old dead languages from her first life.
She learned from her parents, and her father taught her many foreign writing from his travels.
She was a quick learner, so the problem was solved quickly.

Sawyer functions alright if she feels tired. but when shes is REALLY tired she will be more sluggish, and eventually she will start falling asleep while doing things...like sleep standing, sleep walking, sleep cooking.
