The world of video game reviews is constantly evolving with each passing year, and 2025 is no exception. Earlier this year, a new video game review aggregate platform was launched: CriticDB. This platform, while similar to Metacritic and OpenCritic, has many different goals. CriticDB aims to bring together players, developers, publishers, PR, and media into one platform, acting as a place of discovery for both games and outlets.
