A few years ago I read an article that said irredentism (annexation of countries by neighbors with ethnic/historic ties) was going to endanger to world peace over the next 10 years. At the time, I was worried for Taiwan.

It NEVER occurred to me that the US was going to be the Axis power--silly me.
