💊 Our asthma was diagnosed almost 10 years ago. We've had the same triggers since elementary school (exertion, cold/dry air). But bc of our late diagnosis, we're still learning to recognize the signs that we need to use our rescue inhaler. Our symptoms feel "normal" up until the coughing fits start.

still absolutely not willing to go to the dentist unless it's an emergency. it's been 6+ years since my last routine cleaning
but now i floss daily (thread & water), & brush + use hydroxyapatite mouthwash 2x/day

been trying to figure out why it's gotten so difficult to fall asleep if I'm at all hungry, & i'm still not ruling out the possibility of chronic illness contributing
but i just connected it to trauma zeph endured in not getting enough food at our dad's house (neglect, not financial instability)
