it's wound care & the sleep lab. in one office
we got back to return our home sleep study equipment 5min before 11 (return window was 8 to 11) & they were at lunch. at ten fifty five in the fucking morning.

💊 Our asthma was diagnosed almost 10 years ago. We've had the same triggers since elementary school (exertion, cold/dry air). But bc of our late diagnosis, we're still learning to recognize the signs that we need to use our rescue inhaler. Our symptoms feel "normal" up until the coughing fits start.

been trying to figure out why it's gotten so difficult to fall asleep if I'm at all hungry, & i'm still not ruling out the possibility of chronic illness contributing
but i just connected it to trauma zeph endured in not getting enough food at our dad's house (neglect, not financial instability)

🧪I think a lot about how Tetris can be lower the risk of PTSD if played soon after a traumatic event & how I absolutely loved to play Tetris at Dad's house (which is where I mostly existed, as my role was initially protecting Rose).

got our COVID (Novavax) and flu shots yesterday! 30 hours later, only side effect was mild arm soreness
fyi, if you're in a state served by Publix, you can probably get Novavax there. we're in Indiana but 25min from a Publix in Kentucky, i went after therapy (since our therapist is in KY)
