I’m watching Madmen for the first time. If it’s historically accurate, then it explains why previous generations looked so much older when they were the same age as millennials & Gen-Z are now. The smoking is so over the top it seems like a parody. Did they really smoke that much back then?

I can do that thing where you sit down cross legged and stand up not touching your hands on the ground. Thanks to several weeks of lunges and banded leg raises for that ability. Also, I have no more back pain. Not bad for an aging Gen X-er.

I was able to stop using Afrin cold turkey. No serious rebound congestion. Hallelujah no. I’d been using this stuff for years because Little Lord Fauntleroy here cant deal with stuffed nose.
