The holidays usually feels special, but this year... I just can't feel joy as sad as it is.
It's been 6 months now and I still don't have a job. And no motivation to do much other than job hunting. But there hasn't been many openings.
My entire life has been upended and I cannot find a way out.

Since a friend gifted me a Steam Deck about a month ago, I've been experimenting with Linux.
So I might've installed Fedora KDE on my Surface Laptop 3.
Man it feels invigorating. All that's left now is for my streaming stuff to also be available for Linux and I might fully make the plunge

Finding out about Colleen Jones' passing. While I don't speak publicly about it much, but back in high school I was HUGE into curling, playing competitively in my age group.

It truly pains me as a lifelong Pokémon fan (literally since Gen 1) to see so much hostility towards Legends ZA.
Is the game perfect? No. No game is ever perfect.
Compared to other Pokémon games? It's great.
But sending death threats to people because they have a different opinion is sickening.

Turns out that after 6 months after my last surgery not only has it come back, now I have to get it removed again. This time my only option is for permanent removal. Without any chances of it growing back.

In preparation for Pokémon Legends: ZA in 2 weeks, I've been organizing my Pokémon HOME boxes for the last 2 days.
While they are now organized by region, I still need to organize by Dex number.
