so that try guy ned podcast feels quite self-serving and only there to draw in viewers who are interested in gossip, and the public didn't need to know the resolution of their private matters. however i also find it sad bc of the thought that a mistake you made can turn you into a stagnant person

Why did I end up generating anxiety for myself? I called the doctor about an ache, which a few weeks ago i had but it subsided by itself, and after the receptionist said the doctor will call back later, boom, it started
