My patents used to insist that the kids couldn’t access their phones while staying with my mom. I know her goal was to limit screen time for kids, but like, what does she expect to accomplish in a month when my kids have full screen access for the subsequent eleven? It’s just real silly.

I can solve people breaking traffic laws with one simple trick. Give people a points counter that goes up every time you do something correctly and goes down when you break the law. Vehicular crime will be solved in a week.

This is the issue that so-called "protectors of free speech" get in trouble with, because when you have to figure out the exceptions to a constitutional right, you don't have that right anymore (yes, I'm aware we have restrictions on rights, that's not the point here, lol)

I love it when I’m watching a movie or tv show and you see a montage of childhood pics of the character, and you know that actor had to call their mom to get those pics to the production crew and their mom was probably so thrilled, lol. Microdosing joy.
