The CDC's handbook to ACIP workgroups for assessing the certainty of evidence has reappeared online: www.cdc.gov/acip-grade-h.... It has been largely offline since last fall.
The CDC did a lot of reorganizing of their developmental monitoring pages, for example: www.cdc.gov/wic-guide/ph.... But I leave it to those with expertise in this domain to say if these are substantive changes or not.
