Does the ekranoplan have any future ? It's a cool concept, although being innovative and promoting an unseen system based off a very niche physical effect doesn't necessarily translate to a substantial usefulness

It's painful to be pro-EU when EU leaders constantly surrender to foreign powers. We have an anti-coercition mechanism, just use it FFS, don't bow to a gangster leading a rogue regime and making territorial claims to land belonging to an EU member

People are missing out on something regarding the historical lsraeli strikes on Iranian leadership. The operation being named "Rising Lion" while Iran had a Lion and a sun as national emblems for centuries, especially when it was a regional superpower, shows Israel's claim to the regional throne.

Chinese PL-15E AA missile unfortunately made history by allegedly downing a Rafale in Indian airspace. Beyond the argument for stealthier aircraft, there is a more important need for active protection in the way of wingmen drones accompanying the jet and protecting it from threats.
