I feel like the main difficulty with trying to make comprehensive summaries of the magic the gathering colors is that each individual color has a wealth of stuff and things. It’s why we’ve only needed five for over 30 years.

AotP Quickstrike arrived which is a bright spot to a day I’ve spent feeling sick. Big fan of Quickstrike. He has a neat design, and as always I love bumbling villains. And while the BW Predacons are basically all either incompetent, treacherous, both, or Inferno, Quickstrike does take the cake.

One interesting thing with murder mysteries to me as a casual fan is how hard it can be to use procedural things to figure out the whodunnit, as you bump into the issue of “how much of what’s wrong here is deliberate and how much is because writers can only work out so much”

Age of the Primes had no perfect options when it came to making a toy for “the Thirteenth Prime”, but I will give them credit for possibly picking the funniest option.

Mega Dimensions adding a sidequest where a rival tries to ask out Lebanne (as a battling partner) only to get politely turned down because Lebanne already has a partner (for battling) while Jacinthe actually stays respectfully quiet during the exchange. They truly are everything.

Inhumans I know exponentially less about. I think they have a genetic thing going on as well but they need Terrigen Mist exposure to activate it? Most of them live on the moon but also there are some on earth that happen to also get powers from Terrigen Mists.
Oh and since I’m tweeting about marvel magic creature types anyway, I guess I’ll infodump about the mutant thing I’ve seen come up. People on reddit asking why cap or hulk or Ben aren’t mutants when they would be by Magics definition.

Love the assassin subclass in 5e. On the surface it seems terrible. But if you dig into the mechanics of the game, the specifics of how combat works, and play to the subclasses strengths, then you will probably find that it’s actually worse than you first thought.

As a DM the choice that haunts me the most is that time I had an enemy force a Justice League Unlimited quote in a cringe way.
