When I talked to my therapist last she asked me, "If you woke up one morning and things were better, how soon would you know?"
"Immediately."

I fell and sprained the ankle on my bad foot. At least so I thought... turns out I broke one of the bones in my foot pulling a ligament so that's fun. On the plus side, Arrrrrrg!

I was judged by Og/Gyns for 10 years as I fought to get my tubes tied because I was expected to want kids and I didn't, I don't, I never will. This wasn't a selfish choice, this was an empathic choice because I knew I couldn't be a good parent and didn't want to create another human as hurt as I am.
