I made pistachio and walnut paste today, top one is pistachio, the two below is walnut, am going to be using them for ice cream, will also be making a hazelnut paste in a few days.

Been out fishing today, didn't catch anything other than seaweed and a few small clams.

the christmas dinner gonna be good, its gonna be duck breast with a red wine sauce and duck fat roasted root vegetables and caramelized potatoes and pickled red cabbage

I've went out and bought 2 kg of duck fat and it is now in my freezer OwO
