Given how slow Xcode Cloud runners have been, I’ve finally decided to split the work.

GitHub Actions now handles my tests, while Xcode Cloud is purely used for archiving and TestFlight/AppStore delivery.

Simpler workflows, faster feedback. Happy with this setup for now.

For those building apps with Foundation Models framework or interfacing with other LLMs to provide insights to users, do you collect any kind of telemetry for further improvements? I quite like how Bevel Health does it.
