There's a pattern I noticed n wanna call out. It might be pretty specific, but on social media, especially on YouTube, there's all these spiritual or supposedly spiritual accounts that jumped on the genAI bandwagon like a lotta other types of accounts. To me, this is hypocritical n unethical.

Stop people-pleasin'. Accept the fact that some people are gonna be disappointed in, mad at, offended by, etc you or your work. Let 'em feel however they feel. I'm not sayin' you gotta intentionally make people feel these things, but if they do, let 'em. #art #artists #creativity #peoplepleasing

A lot of artists n creative people are in their heads a lot n can be prone to worry/anxiety. I think developin' a practice like meditation, goin for a walk, goin' out in nature, etc can be really helpful for healin' n groundin'. #artists #creativity #creativepeople #healing #mindset #meditation

Each person has a different personality, wants, needs, priorities, thoughts, beliefs, opinions, etc, so why would we expect things to be the same for us as they are for somebody else? #artists #paths

All this genAI stuff would be useless without all the data n people's work that's fed into the models (usually without consent/permission). If it's so amazing the way some people tell us, it should be able to do what it does without that data, but obviously it can't. #art #artists #humanart #ethics
