Our aim as collaborative research center is to understand the cellular and molecular modulation of maternal immune responses during pregnancy and the consequences of maternal immune activation for fetal immune development and immune responses in early life
We are the PIs behind the CRC1713 and pursue an interdisciplinary and interprofessional approach to characterize maternal immune activation (MIA) during pregnancy distinctively and explore the consequences of MIA for the health of pregnant women and their offspring.
