Say what you will about public transportation in Berlin (and there's a lot to be said...) but the lady they sent to retrieve my AirPod case was a heaven-sent daredevil, boldly jumping onto the tracks, exclaiming "who wants to wait on day as fucking hot as today for them to figure out the signals?"

This was just another one of those days where you leave the house and something immediately feels wrong, but you can't quite put your finger on it. Strange. On an unrelated note: I just realized I've been wearing my boxershorts the wrong way 'round all day. #NeedMoreSleep #GoodNight

In a cruel twist of fate it turned out that "the" comic shop went out of business last year. Went and watched death of a unicorn instead to make the trip worthwhile. Can't complain. Now all I have to do is find a new source of those colourful pages...

PS5 rest mode here to scream "hold my beer"; paused a game, put the PlayStation in rest mode only to return 15 min later to find the exact same scenario. Only when the game started did I realize that it had been force quit without saving those last 1½ hrs of open world exploration. 🤷
