I know getting tested for stuff like ADHD is super hard but if you suspect you have symptoms. get evaluated and seek treatment.
the difference between unmedicated and medicated is night and day. I'm on meds as of yesterday (non-stimulant) and i no longer get crippled by dread for not doing tasks
